The Lakeside Cottage Rentals in Lake Luzerne offer cottages with kitchens or kitchenettes. Each of our units provides comfortable vacation amenities such as cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heat and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen units all include coffee makers. All rooms have access to nearby barbecue grills.
Rates include use of rental facilities, common areas, rowboats, canoes, and recreational activities.
We Provide: Linens, blankets, toilet paper, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker.
What to bring to the Lakeside Cottages: Beach and bath towels, extra garbage bags, paper towels, coffee and coffee filters, a hair dryer and toiletries.
All of our rooms are non-smoking and sorry, but we do not allow pets. (Kennels nearby)
Terms and Conditions: Our units are priced for 4-6 persons depending on the cottage. Additional occupants are $10 per day or $60/week out of season; $20 per day or $120/week in season. Check-in time is 3:00 pm (if you plan on arriving after 6 pm. please advise. (No early arrivals please, so that we may properly prepare your room). Check-out time is 10:00am. Late check outs will be charged $25 per each half hour beyond 10:00 am.
We do not provide bath or beach towels, please bring your own. Maid service is not provided.
Deposits: A Deposit is required on all reservations. The required deposit amount for weekly rentals is equal to 40% of the total room charges. Please make your check payable to Lakeside Cottage Rentals, and mail it to Lakeside Cottage Rentals, P.O. Box 1821, North Baldwin, NY 11510. Make sure to include your email and some contact info. We will send you an email confirmation once we receive your deposit. Deposits must be received within 10 days of the booking date or the reservation will be cancelled. Personal checks or money order are accepted for deposits only. Balance due is to be paid at check-in. Personal checks are not accepted to pay the balance at check-in. CASH ONLY. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF PAYMENTS MADE AT CHECK-IN. SORRY WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Your reservation is a commitment to stay for the duration of the reservation. Any reduction in the Length of stay will not reduce the amount charged. If you do not show, or arrive after 8:00 P.M. on the arrival date, it will be considered a cancellation of the entire reservation unless advanced notification is received. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 SERVICE CHARGE, PER UNIT / PER WEEK / PER FAMILY REGARDLESS OF NOTICE. Deposit (less $50 service charge) will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to arrival date, for cancellations within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME. Violators may be asked to leave without refund.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON LAKESIDE COTTAGE PROPERTY. Visitors are not allowed on the premises, and may not park on, or use the facilities. Illegally parked cars may be towed at the car owner’s expense. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice. LAKESIDE COTTAGE RENTALS is privately owned and operated, and reserves the right to refuse anyone. Notice: Guests will be responsible for any damage caused due to their negligence.
